Parks BBQ

This is the fancy Korean BBQ place with swanky wagyu cuts of meat and white tablecloths. At first I was skeptical, I like the brusque waitresses who snatch the tongs from my hands so deferential waitstaff in a Korean restaurant is...odd. It's also expensive but damn it, it's really, really good and you should go here on your birthday. Panchan is also top notch. Get a combo so you can try it all.
