I'm not Korean but I've been married into a Korean family for a loooggg time. I tend to favor the older Korean places, because it reflects the food my mother in law (best cook of all time) would make. You want to get the Bosam, which consists cabbage wraps with boiled pork and the most delicious spice mixture of all time (I think it has squid in it!) The giant slices of radish are also part of the magic. You also want the Haemul Pajeon...best shared with friends, 4 or more.
