One of LA’s Longest-Running Korean Barbecue Houses Still Uses Old-School Charcoal Grills

I'm making Korean food recs because people always ask us when they come to LA...now I can just sent them this! Soot Bull Jip is super old school and it really is the best Galbi and Bulgogi in town and the first place I recommend. The waitresses will smack the tongs right out of your hands and throw ice on the grill if you start screwing up the meat and that's the way I like it! They still use wood fired grills which makes a huge difference.
